Driving
If you are within a 4-hour driving distance from Westfield, you will be expected to drive to the event using your company truck and company fuel card. Please drive directly to the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel located at 11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032 on the afternoon or evening of February 18. Events will begin promptly in the morning on the February 19.
Flying
If you are located more than a 4-hour distance away from Westfield, please reach out to the AAA team at 1-844-696-6370 or email meetingsair@aaa-alliedgroup.com to book your flight. They are available to make your bookings Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST.
If you choose to book via phone, let them know you are attending the COVER CARE KICKOFF 2025. From there, they will work with you to arrange your flight and provide you with all necessary information.

If you’d like to travel with your fellow employees, we encourage you to share your travel itinerary with one another so you can request AAA for the same flight. Reach out to communications@apc-mfg.com with any questions.
Where You’ll Stay
If you’re traveling from outside of Westfield, you’ll be staying at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel. This is also where all of the Season Kickoff events will be held. Your individual room will be automatically booked for you once you RSVP.
