Where is the 2025 Season Kickoff located?
The Season Kickoff is located in Carmel, Indiana, which is 5 miles south of our Westfield office. All events will take place at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel (11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032).
What are the dates of the 2025 Season Kickoff?
The Kickoff will take place on February 19 and 20. All employees who are traveling from outside of Westfield should account for February 18 and 21 as travel days before and after the event.
Where will I be staying if I am not a Westfield Employee?
If you’re not local to Westfield, you’ll be staying at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel (11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032). This year, we are pleased to offer employees their own individual rooms!
How do I book my flight?
If you are located farther than a 4-hour driving distance from Westfield, you will be flying into Indianapolis Airport on February 18. All flight arrangements will be made through AAA Corporate Travel. More information about how/when to book your flight coming soon!
How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
Transportation will be provided to and from the Indianapolis Airport. More information on shuttles coming soon!
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for all employees during Season Kickoff. Snacks and drinks will also be available throughout the day.

What do I wear?
The daily dress code will be included with the agenda, coming soon. A Season Kickoff shirt will be provided to wear on February 19. On February 20, we will be having an awards ceremony and Casino Night that employees are invited to dress up for, if they’d like.
