Where is the 2025 Season Kickoff located?
The Season Kickoff is located in Carmel, Indiana, which is 5 miles south of our Westfield office. All events will take place at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel (11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032).
What are the dates of the 2025 Season Kickoff?
The Kickoff will take place on February 19 and 20. All employees who are traveling from outside of Westfield should account for February 18 and 21 as travel days before and after the event.
Cover Care and Poolsafe’s Regional Managers will be arriving in Indianapolis an extra day early on February 17.
Where will I be staying if I am not a Westfield Employee?
If you’re not local to Westfield, you’ll be staying at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel (11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032). This year, we are pleased to offer employees their own individual rooms!
How do I book my flight?
If you are located farther than a 4-hour driving distance from Westfield, you will be flying into Indianapolis Airport on February 18. All flight arrangements will be made through AAA Corporate Travel.
How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
Transportation will be provided to and from the Indianapolis Airport. More information can be found here.
Will meals be provided? What will we be eating?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for all employees during Season Kickoff. Meals will be buffet-style with a variety of options. Snacks and drinks will also be available throughout the day.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
All dietary restrictions that you submitted with your RSVP will be provided to the chef ahead of time to accommodate those with special needs. If you need any additional accommodations, please let us know via email at communications@apc-mfg.com.

What do I wear?
Wednesday, February 19: All employees should wear the Season Kickoff 2025 shirt (provided in gift bag) and jeans. Company hats are allowed, but must be removed during our company photo.
Thursday, February 20: Field employees and area managers should wear their gray company logo polo shirt. Company hats are allowed but must be removed for our group photo.
All other employees should dress in smart casual (polished, yet casual clothing including jeans, company apparel, button-ups, blouses, etc.)
There will be a Recognition Ceremony and Casino Night in the evening, which you’re invited to dress up for.
Will transportation be provided or reimbursed? Will my travel days be paid for?
Travel guidelines are specific to each employee’s state and will be sent out via email prior to the event.
Are there parking facilities at the hotel?
The hotel where the event is held has ample, free parking available for local employees and those driving into town.
Will we be taking a bus to an offsite event?
All Season Kickoff activities including our Casino Night event will be held at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel. The only bussing will be to and from the airport, which will be provided for you. More information can be found here.
Is attendance mandatory for all sessions?
We request your attendance at all Season Kickoff events, if your schedule allows. Several breaks are scheduled throughout the kickoff so people have more time to decompress and spend time with their fellow coworkers.
Can I bring a guest to the event?
No, our event is only for employees. We hope to extend the invite to +1s to other events throughout the year.
Will the event be translated for our Spanish-speaking employees?
Yes, we will make sure that all sessions and presentations will be translated into Spanish for our employees.
What items should I bring to the event?
Please bring with your Season Kickoff gift bag, which contains the shirt you should wear on Wednesday. Please bring a pen and notebook if you’d like to take notes during any of the sessions as well as any personal items you need throughout the day.

Will there be any free time or local activities to explore the area?
Employees are welcome to facilitate their own activities or travel to the local area during their off-time before and after the event (not during breaks throughout the day) if they’d like. Any of our Westfield employees are happy to give you suggestions of places to go!
