Where is the event hosted?
We’ll be spending our time at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Our traveling guests will automatically be opted into staying in a hotel room there. If local Westfield employees want to request a hotel room, they can do so by filling out this survey by December 1, 2026
How will local Westfield employees travel to Indianapolis?
Employees who drive themselves will receive complimentary/validated valet parking at the JW Marriott and may submit mileage for reimbursement in accordance with company policy. We’re also considering running one daily shuttle from the Westfield office to and from the JW Marriott – if you’re interested, please fill out this survey by December 1, 2026.
What is SKO?
Season Kickoff (SKO) is our biennial (once every two years) internal company event that brings together employees from Soul Provider, Automatic Pool Covers, Cover Care, and Poolsafe.
SKO is an opportunity to align on company goals, participate in meaningful learning experiences, recognize achievements, and strengthen relationships across our organization. Most importantly, it’s a chance to come together as one team and build momentum for the pool season ahead.
Who attends SKO?
SKO is an internal event exclusively for current employees of Soul Provider, Automatic Pool Covers, Cover Care, and Poolsafe.
When is SKO 2027?
SKO 2027 will take place January 5–8, 2027, with the main event scheduled for Wednesday, January 6, and Thursday, January 7.
Which days are designated for travel?
Tuesday, January 5, and Friday, January 8, are designated travel days for employees traveling to Indianapolis from outside the Westfield area.
Why is SKO taking place earlier in the year?
We’ve intentionally scheduled SKO earlier in January to better align with the start of the pool season and our upcoming trade show schedules. This timing allows our teams to kick off the year together, equipped with the knowledge, connections, and momentum to make 2027 a success.
